surprises!
hohoho! i got to represent HC in the international water forum! woohoo! 23-34 april at RELC singapore =)
just found out today that the school has just started a new class after the bunch of 2nd-intakes joined us. guess what - it's 05S6A!!! and there's a council nominee from that class too! jiayou!
council nominee intro tomolo...so excited! it's been one year since my group 'Just Sponge It' feat. spongebob squarepants gave council a try. haha. memories. i still remember rushing to finish our video the night before nominee introduction. want to see it? ask me!
i'm surprised at my econs results today. the section i thought i did best didn't yield the results i had hoped for. there's more to learn!
had a interesting lecture during CT session today. human relations are v impt in the industry, how you relate to ppl etc. also, sometimes we love something just the way it is..not for any apparent reason. also the highlight of transition of jc to uni education. in jc, we usually learn the steps required to solve a question, in uni we have to understand the methodology behind the steps leading to the solution. in other words, whatever we learn must me RELEVANT! "let c be the variable"..sometimes the test and proven way may not be applicable to the current problem, so many "one size fits all" solutions aren't really the way they are thought to be!
*water forum eventually did not work out as hc's application was cancelled due to overwhelming response. sigh.
